The Macbeth resource pack contains a scene by scene analysis of the play.   The story of each scene is summarised.  There are detailed comments on language and literary issues for each scene.  Questions on each scene are provided. There are two sheets of factual revision questions for each act of the play.  Written Assignments and suggestions for Oral Work are provided.  Less academic pupils will find the Cloze passages based on each act of the play useful. 

There is a detailed page on imagery in the play followed by a close analysis of the "raven himself is hoarse" soliloquy.  Three pages deal with Shakespeare's use of the soliloquy in Macbeth.   Separate differentiated pages deal with the murder of Lady Macduff, The Weird Sisters, and character work on Macbeth, Macduff, Lady Macbeth and Lady Macduff.  Quiz pages deal with incomplete quotations and a Who Said It? quiz.  Answer pages are provided.

The pack is illustrated with black and white line drawings.
